Our Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program is a great fitness choice for adults that have become bored with going to the gym and lifting weights or running on a treadmill. With a built-in system of goals (belts), participants will enjoy learning skills, the feeling of working towards a goal while getting in shape.
Since it’s taught by real martial artists (who’ve done REAL martial arts for years), you don’t need any martial arts experience. We’re here to teach you.
