People who become easily bored with going to the gym and lifting weights or running on a treadmill will enjoy the fast pace and new movements that they’ll learn in our Kickboxing program.
Our Kickboxing program is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike by helping them build stamina, improve coordination and burn calories as you build muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
Since it’s taught by real martial artists (who’ve done REAL martial arts for years), you don’t need any martial arts or boxing experience. We’re here to teach you. Everyone is welcome.
