Kids Karate Lessons
Our kids karate lessons program is for students between the ages of 5 and 12 who want to learn a new skill, build confidence, develop discipline, strengthen focus and improve their fitness through Karate. This program is designed for kids who have none, or very little, past martial arts experience. With a built-in system of goals (belts), students become motivated to improve and progress through the ranks.

For nearly two decades we’ve taught children that achieving goals leads to confidence and it takes discipline and focus to achieve them. As students progress through the ranks, in a fun and supportive environment, we challenge them with gradually larger goals and teach them the tools to use to reach those goals. Over time, we see our student’s stand taller, speak firmer and watch their confidence grow.

What Happens in Class?
Each class begins with a warm-up where we’ll help students develop coordination, build strength and improve overall fitness through a variety of exercises and movements. Afterwards, students will build a strong foundation by practicing basic movements, learn self-defense skills and build a sweat through a total body workout.
How Should I Begin?
New students will begin with a FREE trial class where they’ll learn about what they’ll be doing in class and practice some basic karate movements.
What Do I Bring?
For your first class, make sure to bring a water bottle, wear comfortable clothing and arrive a few minutes early so that we can introduce you to your instructor.
What Time are the Classes
Beginner classes are offered Monday to Thursday, starting between 4:15 pm and 6:30 pm and Saturday mornings between 10:15 am and 12:00 pm.
