Our Kickboxing program is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike by helping them build stamina, improve coordination and burn calories as you build muscle with this fun and challenging workout.
Since it’s taught by real martial artists (who’ve done REAL martial arts for years), you don’t need any martial arts or boxing experience. We’re here to teach you. Everyone is welcome.

Despite the name, our kickboxing program is a noncontact workout. All punches and kicks are thrown into pads so you know it’s safe AND fun.
