Adult Karate Lessons
Karate…a great alternative for people who have become bored with going to the gym and lifting weights or running on a treadmill! Our adult karate lessons program is a group class designed for adults that are goal oriented and want to feel like their working towards something. If you enjoy learning a new skill while receiving a full body-fitness workout that improves your cardio, strength and stamina, then our Adult Karate Program is for you! With a built-in system of achieving belt levels, participants will enjoy the pace, learning new movements and the feeling of working towards a goal.

- Flexible schedules: for most programs, we offer classes 5 days a week and require attendance twice a week, but you’re never committed to any specific days,

What Happens in Class?
Each class begins with a warm-up, during which we’ll work on raising your heart rate, building strength, and improving your cardio through a variety of exercises and drills. After warm-up we’ll move on to helping students build a strong foundation by practicing basic movements, learn self-defense skills that you can use to keep yourself safe, and build a great sweat through a total body workout.
How Should I Begin?
New students will begin with a FREE trial class where they’ll learn some fundamental movements and experience what they’ll be doing in their class.
What Do I Bring?
For your first class, make sure to do the following:
- Bring water and a small towel.
- Wear comfortable workout clothing.
- Arrive a few minutes early so that we can introduce you to your instructor.
What Time are the Classes
Beginner Adult Classes are held:
Tuesday – 9:30 am and 7:15 pm
Thursday – 9:30 am and 7:15 pm
Saturday – 9:00 am
