Our adult karate lessons program is a group class designed for adults that are goal oriented and want to feel like their working towards something. If you enjoy learning a new skill while receiving a full body-fitness workout that improves your cardio, strength and stamina, then our adult karate lessons Program is for you! With a built-in system of achieving belt levels, participants will enjoy the pace, learning new movements and the feeling of working towards a goal. Since it’s taught by real martial artists (who’ve done REAL martial arts for years), you don’t need any martial arts experience. We’re here to teach you.

Flexible schedules: for most programs, we offer classes 6 days a week and require attendance twice a week, but you’re never committed to any specific days.

+What happens in class?
Each class begins with a warm-up where we’ll work on raising your heart rate, building strength and improving your cardio through a variety of exercises and footwork drills. After warm-up we’ll move on to helping students build a strong foundation by practicing basic movements and patterns, teach self-defense skills that you can use to keep yourself safe, learn traditional Japanese patters and build a great sweat through a total body workout.
+How should I begin?
New students will begin with a one-on-one orientation class where they’ll learn about what they’ll be doing in their first class and practice some basic karate movements so that in their first class, they won’t feel out of place.
+What do I bring?
For your first class, make sure to do the following:
Wear comfortable workout clothing.
Bring water and a small towel.
Arrive a few minutes early so that we can introduce you to your instructor.

Adult Classes (45 min.):
Monday – 9:30 am and 7:30 pm
Tuesday – 7:15 pm
Wednesday – 9:30 am and 7:00 pm
Thursday – 7:15 pm
Friday – 6:30 pm
Saturday – 12:00 pm
